I guide the project through every stage: from concept and design, through permits and regulatory approval, to a space that's ready to operate. All the bureaucracy - municipal approvals, fire and accessibility requirements, the occupancy certificate - is on me. You focus on your business, not on paperwork.
On site, I stay involved until completion, making sure what was designed is what gets built - on budget and on schedule.
